Rewards shipping update!

Hi Everyone!  This is Amy, Karen's Business Manager, and I am so THRILLED and RELIEVED to let you know that the very last shipments for the Celara Kickstarter are  being collected by USPS today!  I cannot thank all of you enough for your continued patience through this very long process and am so appreciative of how understanding you have all been throughout.  This  was my first time managing an entire Kicksarter fulfillment on my own and I learned so much (mostly that I should have hired more help!) so it has meant a lot to have your supportive comments and kind encouragement along the way.

Please note that USPS is still experiencing shipping issues and your tracking number may show a status of "pre-transit" or "in-transit" for days at a time.   Please sign up for text or email notifications on your tracking number at USPS.com so you will be made aware as soon as it begins moving forward again.  If you don't see any movement on your package within about 7-10 business days from now, please let me know.  Despite  everyone's best efforts, packages do sometimes get lost so we'll be happy to assist with any tracking or missing mail cases as needed.

Thank  you all again for supporting Karen's first book - you enabled Karen to fulfill her dream of sharing Celara's story with the world and we're both so thrilled with the reception the book is getting - YOU made that possible!

Digital rewards and another update!

Hi everyone!

Amy,  Karen's Business Manager, here.  I have seen a lot of questions about digital rewards - those can can be viewed on the digital reward page in your survey from Backer Kit. This is the information on their site about how to get downloads  https://help.backerkit.com/article/642-digital-downloads and here's how  to get your survey sent again if you can't find it  https://www.backerkit.com/contact.

Please note that things are being shipped separately so your pins and stickers may show up this week and the book may still be a few weeks behind it/vice versa.  We're working as hard as we can but it's just taking awhile to get through the backlog of shipments, and USPS is significantly delayed in shipping which isn't helping.

When we have finished up our shipments, I will post an update to let you all know we are done so that you can then reach out at that time if you have not yet gotten yours.  

In the meantime, I am working on getting through any direct messages as fast as possible and appreciate your patience!

Hi everyone!  

Amy here with another update for you.  I know a lot of you are wondering where your books are and unfortunately it might be a few more weeks before you get a shipping notification email that your book is on its way.   All shipping labels have been printed, but we are still working on getting all orders packaged up and out the door.  It is taking slightly longer than I anticipated. Also just a reminder that some items you may have ordered, such as pins or prints, may arrive sooner than your book. 

Feel free to message us to check on the status of your book if you haven't gotten anything in a few weeks.   Again, I cannot thank you enough for your patience with us.  It's definitely been a learning experience and I am so grateful for everyone's continued support.
